Scott has been my agent for years. The office staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. In October I was driving on a road, no cars in sight and I was suddenly being jerked around, realizing I just had an accident. I wasn’t at fault. This office walked me through all that I needed and in 32 days, they closed my case. By the way my car was totaled also. I recommend this office 1000%.

I have loved Scott's agency for many years now. My family started out with him 16 years ago and I have loved the kind atmosphere and great help that we have received. American family has takes great care of us through all of the flat tires, the windshield chips and cracks and through all of the accidents. I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you!

American Family Ins will take your money. They will lie and deny you coverage until you prove that you have paid for it. I strongly suggest you look for Ins somewhere else

It's been great working with Scott Hirschi Insurance. We use them for multiple insurances for our business. We have to make changes and requests for certificates and additional endorsements regularly and they are so accommodating and able to fill any special requests we have with excellent turn around time. If there's confusion about what we need they will help us figure it out. I really do appreciate working with them (especially Laura)!

If I could give a 0 star I would. Overpriced and never answer the phone because they're gone. Good luck getting any answers if you leave a voicemail with a question too, because they'll just call you back and leave a voicemail to try calling again. This will lead you to a big circle of missed calls and no answers for weeks. Please save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. I thought they were a great price but upon getting quotes the next year from other insurance companies they are significantly more than others in the area. So I cancelled my policy. My bank also messed up and sent them a check because they billed them still. So they knew the policy was canceled so what do they do cash it anyways! Ridiculous right? Now I'm sitting here waiting for a refund but can't seem to get a hold of anyone...UPDATE: I finally got a hold of them and they are issuing me a refund check. And I feel bad for saying that it completely sucks because Kami was wonderful to talk to and deal with. Overall though I still would not go back to this location again.
