If I could give a 0 star I would. Overpriced and never answer the phone because they're gone. Good luck getting any answers if you leave a voicemail with a question too, because they'll just call you back and leave a voicemail to try calling again. This will lead you to a big circle of missed calls and no answers for weeks. Please save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. I thought they were a great price but upon getting quotes the next year from other insurance companies they are significantly more than others in the area. So I cancelled my policy. My bank also messed up and sent them a check because they billed them still. So they knew the policy was canceled so what do they do cash it anyways! Ridiculous right? Now I'm sitting here waiting for a refund but can't seem to get a hold of anyone...UPDATE: I finally got a hold of them and they are issuing me a refund check. And I feel bad for saying that it completely sucks because Kami was wonderful to talk to and deal with. Overall though I still would not go back to this location again.
