This company has been a disaster to work with. I ordered 2300 dollars worth of promotional items and I called before I placed the order to make sure that i would get proofs before items were sent to me. They said that "Nothing would go to production without your approval after the art department emails you proofs" I waited 5 days, no email, i called them and they said "Everything has gone to production and should be finishing up soon" that day I started getting proofs, at that point i wanted to make changes and was told I couldnt. When i called them again they told me that if theres anything i didnt like when it arrived i could send it back to them. At that point I had gotten an email saying "The logo is not clear and we can not guarentee it comes out looking good" I called back asking what actions i needed to take. I was told that there was no actions, they dont see on their end that any logos needed to be resent in with a higher quality. The very next day i get another email saying the same thing, so i called again and was told "looks like they need a new logo from you and that it wont look good after production" I informed them that there was no clarity on which item they were referring to (I had purchased 6 items, using 3 different logos) I was told that I can not change the logo because it is in production. I NEVER APPROVED OR SAW PROOFS. They are currently sending me 1300 promotional items that I have no idea what i am getting
