Specifically, Ken Feldman has always been an outstanding team player, quick to respond, and easy to talk to. Ken provides incredible insight to projects, provides helpful suggestions, and overall offers outstanding customer service. His knowledge on the offerings at ArborOakland and his ability to find solutions, in situations where I thought there was no possibility, are unmatched at other facilities. Many of my projects for clients are demanding and the deadlines are almost always short (with little notice), but Ken rises to the challenge and the team has always made the process painless.
