Hands down the best in town! Long time expertise, flawless execution, cost efficient and timely. Cannot recommend the team enough!! They are familiar with EVERY sort of printing need you could encounter and will help you find the right method for your project every single time. From big brand business in major cities to personal needs, they've got you covered! I have printed on almost every material, design publications, business cards, high volume invitations with multiple components to small run wedding menus and I have had the best experience each time. I love printing with AO - even after moving out of state!

Specifically, Ken Feldman has always been an outstanding team player, quick to respond, and easy to talk to. Ken provides incredible insight to projects, provides helpful suggestions, and overall offers outstanding customer service. His knowledge on the offerings at ArborOakland and his ability to find solutions, in situations where I thought there was no possibility, are unmatched at other facilities. Many of my projects for clients are demanding and the deadlines are almost always short (with little notice), but Ken rises to the challenge and the team has always made the process painless. I had an amazing experience with this company! I wanted a customized thank you card for my boss, and I was able to meet with Andy the day I put the request in. He worked with me to talk through the design and verbiage of the card and kept the simplicity I wanted. The group created this customized letterpress card 2 days after I put in my request. In a nutshell: incredible work in a timely fashion!

As a graphic designer who works on custom and speciality projects with complicated printing processes, I am thrilled to have found ArborOakland Group. Debbie Majchrzak, was so friendly when I first called with my printing inquiry. I was looking for a new vendor to help me with my gold foil printing. To be honest, I got a quote from a few new vendors but went with Debbie (even though it was a little more) because I liked her so much on the phone. Her attention to detail while putting together the quote reassured me the end product would be excellent. It was excellent. I will be using ArborOakland for all my speciality printing needs and will be referring some of my clients to do their printing and mailing there too. Thank you for the excellent work!

Not pleased at all with this company. We placed an order for business cards. Weeks went by without a response. We called in regards to the status and found out our order was "lost". They stated they would put it in right away and get to working on it. Another week went by, still nothing. When we finally did get our cards, they were on the wrong paper. We requested the thickest you could find. These were quite possibly the most flimsy. They told us they would replace this order with the correct thickness. What we received was AGAIN not what we had wanted and were not as thick as we had discussed. We expressed our concern and they did not seem to care. They were poor in their communication to our office, never apologizing for the repeated mistakes. They also charged us for the second order, which we were told would be free. Your customers should not have to constantly be in contact with a company in regards to an order. They barely reached out and when they did, they never tried to make the problem right. Take your business elsewhere. You'll be glad you did.
