Not pleased at all with this company. We placed an order for business cards. Weeks went by without a response. We called in regards to the status and found out our order was "lost". They stated they would put it in right away and get to working on it. Another week went by, still nothing. When we finally did get our cards, they were on the wrong paper. We requested the thickest you could find. These were quite possibly the most flimsy. They told us they would replace this order with the correct thickness. What we received was AGAIN not what we had wanted and were not as thick as we had discussed. We expressed our concern and they did not seem to care. They were poor in their communication to our office, never apologizing for the repeated mistakes. They also charged us for the second order, which we were told would be free. Your customers should not have to constantly be in contact with a company in regards to an order. They barely reached out and when they did, they never tried to make the problem right. Take your business elsewhere. You'll be glad you did.
