Absolutely a pain in the ass to deal with. I canceled my service back and October and was supposed to receive a final bill. I gave them the forwarding address to send this final bill to. I never received said bill and I called once or twice to notify them. Don’t even get me started on the wait time to actually get in contact with them. Now I received a call from a collection agency saying I owe money because I never paid my final bill. Kinda hard when I’m not notified on what that amount is. To top it off, I had been on hold for 35 minutes just for the lady to claim she didn’t hear me and blantently hang up, just to be on hold AGAIN.

This utility company is full of cringy idiots. It’s been over 21 days since I requested my deposit back. Still have yet to get my reperations from their lousy non efficient service. Their customer service line hung up on me because I called in asking to speak to a supervisor about MY refund. This company has many sketchy business practices and stalling customers rufunds for deposits.

Have been on Hold for an HOUR. Poor Poor customer service. The company sends a letter telling you that your plan is changing. Then you try to figure the new plan out and you can not even talk to some one. They are just hoping you will not have time to deal with it, let it go and the just pay whatever they think they want to charge you. I JUST WANT TO PAY FOE WHATEVER I USE MONTHLY THAT EASY. RIDICULOUS ! ! ! Next stop google then twitter.

Horrible company, it is a monopoly and consumer protection should look at their actions, they have gone wild in putting their customers through hell, my service got disconnected since I did not pay the $600 deposit they require , my monthly bill is $200 I have been their customer unfortunately for 20 years and I am 4 days late twice this year and they cut my electricity, they are atrocious.....Bad Bad company

I recently moved from Houston where I paid around $40 in electricity for a two bedroom apartment. Down here in Phoenix not only was I charged $200 for a down payment with excellent credit which I find ludicrous, my apartment only have a Tv and microwave literally nothing else and I’m the only one there. I got a bill for $80 that’s insane I’m at work all day. Are there other electricity company in Phoenix my lord
