Have been on Hold for an HOUR. Poor Poor customer service. The company sends a letter telling you that your plan is changing. Then you try to figure the new plan out and you can not even talk to some one. They are just hoping you will not have time to deal with it, let it go and the just pay whatever they think they want to charge you. I JUST WANT TO PAY FOE WHATEVER I USE MONTHLY THAT EASY. RIDICULOUS ! ! ! Next stop google then twitter.
