My boyfriend and I moved to Ashford at Feather Sound a little over a year ago and we loved our time there. The office staff were always helpful and the maintenance team usually fixed any issues the day they were reported. The apartment itself was very clean and we rarely ever saw a bug of any kind. The only reason we moved out was because we purchased a home, otherwise we definitely would have continued living there. Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for an apartment in the Clearwater/St. Pete area!

I have lived at Ashford at Feather Sound for several years. It should be known this is a wonderful clean safe place to reside. It’s close to major arteries, banks, shopping and the beaches. Oh, Disney World Orlando is +/- 45 mins. The community manager and office staff are professional, friendly, and sensitive to your needs. And only place well screened individuals. They are proud of their well managed maintenance team who take pride in keeping the community grounds beautifully groomed, safe and well lit. I encourage anyone looking for a “5”Star residence, look no further. I found a family here and you will too.Sincerely - Ron I.

we moved here in april and from what we moved from this has made every penny worth it!! i put in service ticket and they are wicked fast either they are there that day or they are there next day and leave a note stating they were there thank you Doug for that! pool is amaizng the apt is just beautiful Joe is def an awesome guy makes you feel like family patrick too!

Beware before moving in have all the photos of your apartment to avoid the unnecessary charges while moving out. They will say that they don't have move in photo but they will have move out photo for you to charge.

I lived at this complex for two years and overall it was great. The maintenance and office staff are top notch. The surrounding area is also beautiful. Highly recommend!

My crazy neighbor threatened me with physical violence because of my car late February so I went to inform the staff in the office immediately about it and they in turn called the police on me, not my neighbor, and then sent me a 7 day notice to vacate that was filled with lies from the neighbor. Instead of investigating the situation themselves, Allison concluded I was the aggressor when clearly I wasn't. I was most likely treated this way by management because of the color of my skin but I've digressed, but tenants of color should definitely be aware of this. Besides horrible management and their questionable decisions to send notices to vacate and calling the police, living here is nothing special. There is literally dog poop everywhere you go, the walls are paper thin, in addition to the ceilings and windows (they're very old). I can hear my neighbor and their children walk/run/SCOOTER in their apartment 24/7/365 so if you like peace and quiet look elsewhere because the noises inside the apartment will drive you insane. The only positive i'd say is the location and the grounds are kept nice WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE DOG POOP EVERYWHERE. They hold absolutely no one accountable. I've never seen anyone pick up after their pet. Oh and our dryer is broken and they know this. They told us to wait a few months for them to order dryers for a whole new building they are constructing on the side of property with the leasing office where the dog park used to be. It doesn't make sense to me why they can't fix, replace, or repair the dryer immediately. It takes many cycles to dry a small load of clothes, ridiculous. If need be, I'll update this later but most likely it won't be in a positive way seeing the way things are going here.
