My crazy neighbor threatened me with physical violence because of my car late February so I went to inform the staff in the office immediately about it and they in turn called the police on me, not my neighbor, and then sent me a 7 day notice to vacate that was filled with lies from the neighbor. Instead of investigating the situation themselves, Allison concluded I was the aggressor when clearly I wasn't. I was most likely treated this way by management because of the color of my skin but I've digressed, but tenants of color should definitely be aware of this. Besides horrible management and their questionable decisions to send notices to vacate and calling the police, living here is nothing special. There is literally dog poop everywhere you go, the walls are paper thin, in addition to the ceilings and windows (they're very old). I can hear my neighbor and their children walk/run/SCOOTER in their apartment 24/7/365 so if you like peace and quiet look elsewhere because the noises inside the apartment will drive you insane. The only positive i'd say is the location and the grounds are kept nice WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE DOG POOP EVERYWHERE. They hold absolutely no one accountable. I've never seen anyone pick up after their pet. Oh and our dryer is broken and they know this. They told us to wait a few months for them to order dryers for a whole new building they are constructing on the side of property with the leasing office where the dog park used to be. It doesn't make sense to me why they can't fix, replace, or repair the dryer immediately. It takes many cycles to dry a small load of clothes, ridiculous. If need be, I'll update this later but most likely it won't be in a positive way seeing the way things are going here.
