Do not usual provide online reviews,prefer to discuss direct and find a resolution. Unfortunately this company completely refuses to discuss acknowledged issues with their paying customer. Issues sales director promises a cost and timescale arranges initial meetings, very convincing. However all false promises, content provided in duplicate, do not understand the project or customer needs. Payment in advance, then weeks of no contact or project advance. Sign off framework but site launched was totally different didnot even have any resemblance to what was previously signed off. Project overrun by 6 months, went live but had numerous errors, refused to resolve, would not meet to discuss. Eventually agreed to complete and provide credit for overcharges but then again did not follow through. Many issues with the website that Attain state is down to “bugs” that are normal for 6 months! Very poor design, abysmal service, arrogant attitude, in house arguing with the directors who could not work together. Terrible customer service with arrogant attitude. Now moved the website and cannot believe the difference in service. We have been in business for over 30 years and have forged long term relationships with our suppliers, this experience and service has been the worst we have experienced. We did give Attain many opportunities to resolve and meet to discuss which they declined and did not finish the project- hence the public review.

I can only say that our experience of working with Attain was similar to Rachel's below. Started off well with a refresh of our website's design then the service levels quickly fell away. The final straw was a request to set up an email address for a new staff member and minor change to the website. We were ignored when chasing up what was happening and after a few weeks we simply had to give up and move because it was affecting our business. I don't know whether the issue was one of resources or whether Attain had larger clients they preferred to focus on. Whatever the reason, ignoring a client completely is unforgivable. I wouldn't recommend them, especially for small firms.

A truly great team to work with. We have worked with Attain for a number of years and I couldn't recommend them highly enough!!! We wouldn't achieve half of the digital marketing that we do without their experience, advice and overall knowledge. Nothing is too much trouble.Our digital marketing activity and website are vital for the development and growth of our company and deliver us consistent results in the form of new enquiries and support to our other sales and marketing activity.
