Do not usual provide online reviews,prefer to discuss direct and find a resolution. Unfortunately this company completely refuses to discuss acknowledged issues with their paying customer. Issues sales director promises a cost and timescale arranges initial meetings, very convincing. However all false promises, content provided in duplicate, do not understand the project or customer needs. Payment in advance, then weeks of no contact or project advance. Sign off framework but site launched was totally different didnot even have any resemblance to what was previously signed off. Project overrun by 6 months, went live but had numerous errors, refused to resolve, would not meet to discuss. Eventually agreed to complete and provide credit for overcharges but then again did not follow through. Many issues with the website that Attain state is down to “bugs” that are normal for 6 months! Very poor design, abysmal service, arrogant attitude, in house arguing with the directors who could not work together. Terrible customer service with arrogant attitude. Now moved the website and cannot believe the difference in service. We have been in business for over 30 years and have forged long term relationships with our suppliers, this experience and service has been the worst we have experienced. We did give Attain many opportunities to resolve and meet to discuss which they declined and did not finish the project- hence the public review.
