I called in advance to inquire if they had the item I needed in stock. After driving 28 miles out there they informed me they didn’t have the part and they weren’t even sure if they could help me.

Went to this place to have work that was done by j and t auto in zimmerman completely redone and fixed(due to wiring that was left on my passenger floor and numerous other issues that caused a complete failure of my vehicles electronic components)and i was extremely impressed with there work and coustomer service.They were beyond knowledgeable of the equipment and the electronic components of my vehicle AND installation.They were so professional, personable,and HONEST that they actually helped me trust another shop after the horror i went through for the same job at j and t auto.They were able to fix my issue with no problems or hesitation.I actually had to have my vehicle towed in to get the work done by j and t auto repaired and they did such quality work i drove the thing out of there in a matter of minutes(speaks for it self). The prices were great and the service UNBEATABLE.I would reccomend this place hands down.

I went in there to buy an antenna and when I was there I used the PUBLIC bathroom at the front of the store. When I came out there was 2 guys standing outside the door watching me like a hawk and it was very awkward. I guess they thought I looked like a thief since I wasn't white? Most of the stuff in there is junk and old and dusty. If you need cell phone cradled for a flip phone I am sure they can hook you up. My company has spent a lot of money there over the years but now we use a different company.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't call their customers back or when they do it's days later! Would not recommend this company for anything which is too bad. I would like to support them as a local business, but that's not possible due to the "don't care" about their customer attitude!!

I never write online reviews but I would give zero stars if I could...here is my experience. I went to get a remote start installed in a used car I had recently purchased from a dealership. I was informed that it already had one, much to my surprise since I was never given a remote. The installer (great guy) offered to order one for about $100 and told me first week of January it would be in (this was Dec 21st.) I left very happy with the experience and waited to get the call the remote was in. Here is the problem...I never got a call. So I waited until the second week of January thinking maybe it was late or got overlooked...I called them and Dick said he would check on it and call me back and took my number, no call back. So I called the next week and the exact same thing happened even after I informed him he forgot to call me back the previous week...said he would check and never called back. It's now February 8th and I've never heard a thing from them. Apparently customer service ends if you aren't buying a remote start from them because they were great until that point. If you don't want to help a customer that doesn't need the whole system then don't offer to order anything for them. I was going to install a start in my other vehicle but now would never get it done there. Obviously if something ever were to be needed on a later date they wouldn't care.
