This company is "used" by one of our customers. They are HORRIBLE about processing invoices for payment. It can take over 90 days to receive payment from BancTec. I have sent several emails requesting payment status on several old invoices, and have yet to receive a response. Several other contractors in our area have voiced the same complaint. It's really a bad reflection on our customer.

Never answer their phones, when you call their number in India ,no one knows the answer for your questions, they charge a different fees every month and you dont know why they charge that much and why it is different??!!!they have a fake address in Irving TX but you ll never get someone to answer your call when you call their line hang up while asking you to leave a message !!! I ll complaint against them to the BBBbe careful using them

Terrible and uncaring payment processing company. We used them only because our franchise made us because we were told incorrectly that it would save us money. Then after we exited the franchise and attempted to close our Banctec account they claim we owe them money for not using their services despite being polite when we contacted them and allegedly canceled their services they claim we didn't send them all the correct cancellation paperwork and now want us to pay more money to exit... TERRIBLE ETHICS

A 'senior anaylist' is an unethical and immoral woman. She displays questionable decisions on her personal level that certainly plays into her professional position... I'm loosely using the term 'professional '.
