Terrible and uncaring payment processing company. We used them only because our franchise made us because we were told incorrectly that it would save us money. Then after we exited the franchise and attempted to close our Banctec account they claim we owe them money for not using their services despite being polite when we contacted them and allegedly canceled their services they claim we didn't send them all the correct cancellation paperwork and now want us to pay more money to exit... TERRIBLE ETHICS
