Feedback:

I waited on the phone over an hour to leave a message with a nurse before finally hanging up. I took a screen shot of my wait time because this is so ridiculous. When I called again, the receptionist was dismissive of the brutal wait time, she kept talking over me (again—I only needed to leave a message) and then she gave me her direct extension to call. Called back a third time and then I was able to leave a message. Absolutely horrible.

Feedback:

They built this clinic on the top of a very steep hill. Veterans that rely on public transportation cannot walk up the hill from the bus stop. I had to change doctors because of poor treatment. I continually had to direct this doctor in what to do. They lied and falsified my medical records. I frequently get copies, and have seen it. They refused to refill one of my prescriptions, and I went through horrible withdrawals for a month. I made numerous phone calls , and they kept lying to me, saying it was sent. They refuse to make needed appointments, telling me to go to the emergency room in Lebanon. They refuse to do proper and needed bloodwork.

Feedback:

This one is a little less tech savvy compared to it's Lancaster counterpart. MHV messages go unread or ignored for days there, whereas Lancaster responds pretty much immediately. The ignoring of the messages, direct phone numbers linking to the main hospital, outdated extensions, and the fact that you can NEVER reach your PCP there is just appalling.. The doctors themselves are pretty good but they never actually get your messages, no matter how you send it (I have faxed, emailed, called and even sent priority mail lol). I am sure this is fine if you don't need time sensitive test results or anything, but in my case, I did. I needed those blood results for 2 other local hospital systems. They were up but no one would get back to me. So I had to go to another facility and redraw the same tests. It is a little ridiculous to be honest

Feedback:

I had a lab appointment scheduled for 0830 and showed up at 0815, like I was asked. At 0840 I asked what was going on to be informed that those with medical appointments go for labs first. I understand. At 0910, I ask again since they called more than 20 people and about half had came in after me. My point, if you are going for labs, don’t go unless you have another appointment in conjunction. Labs are pretty much seen as walk-ins if you don’t have another appointment. Also, why schedule labs if the appointment time is irrelevant....

Feedback:

Good service to our veterans

Feedback:

I've received great care from the staff here. They are friendly and personable. Always seen in reasonable amount of time.

Feedback:

So glad they moved from the downtown Reading area, Parking never an issue now and the service and staff are great. keep up the good work

Feedback:

Outstanding.

Feedback:

As bad as the coatsville va. Psychiatrist doesn't care about veterans. She'll talk over you. Dismiss you as you try to explain symptoms. Not return calls when a veteran is having issues with important medications. Then they wonder why veterans have so mental health issues. It's because when they do reach out to get help they get ignored by people like this.

Feedback:

Total joke. Treated like a junkie as soon as I was seen by the nurse when I was simply a transfer after moving and then was asked extremely personal and innapropriate questions first meeting the doc like I was being interrogated for a C&P. Also, just ASSUMED i wasn’t taking my meds upon check in and just told everyone after that before I said a word asking why I wasn’t, when I was. Transferred to the PTSD trauma unit which was another complete joke. Not a single person took the time to read any of my medical bio and simply expected me to do their job and relive and treat them to my life story in 15 minutes. Been in the VA system after two tours in Iraq since 2007 and by far the worst place I’ve ever been to besides the primary care doctor and front desk. Exacerbated my condition and still irritates me to this day and I’ll never be back.
