Having never been to Walberton and after reading the stunning reviews posted on the internet which were convincingly reinforced by an official at the nearby Tangmere museum ,my partner & I were most impressed not only at the friendly and attentive service and the seemingly unique gothic atmosphere(not least the eyes of the nearby Victorian waitress that were permanently fixed upon us!) but also at the mouth watering roasts that we both thoroughly enjoyed-don't mention the dessert!! We will both certainly return and many congratulations to the new team for the recent reinvigoration of The Holly Tree!
