Better Home Health Care Agency is a first class organization. I needed a live in for my mother in law after surgery for a broken humerus. I decided to go into the agency in person to talk about what her needs would be. The compassion, warmth and feelings of complete security was so greatly appreciated. Everyone in the agency stopped in to say hello (Pat Huber, Wendy, Karen, Raj) each and everyone put us so at ease. I had the wonderful experience of working with each of them in some capacity and it was the most positive experience ever. They took control of the entire situation and sent the most perfect match over for my mother in law. She was with her for several days, they became besties and promised to keep in touch. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for a referral to take care of a loved one. They made the transition from the hospital so easy and did all the leg work for us.
