I was a first time home buyer so, as you can imagine I had no idea what I was doing! Kurtis was beyond helpful and I can't stress this enough. Answering my calls at weird hours, moving his schedule around to show us places in our small time frames, and most of all, his honesty. I could go on.. and I will! His knowledge of Big Bear was outstanding and he is just an overall great guy. I really hope the Rahill team truly understands the value that Kurtis brings to their team.If the time comes where I ever want to purchase or sell again, I will absolutely be hitting up Kurtis Klouzer and so should you!

Let me start by saying Will Rahill and his team were the absolute best real estate firm I’ve had the pleasure of working with! Starting with their expertise of the local markets, their approach and insights to marketing, their continual follow-up and their driving for one outcome, to sell your house. They are a results-driven firm and will advocate for their clients, full stop! From the initial video they produced to showcase the property, to the weekly updates on the marketing front to provide visibility to your property’s marketing performance, it’s a quality experience through and through!I cannot say enough about both Will and his agent, Sarah. To share with about my situation, I had several hiccups in my vacation mountain house with some of the prior renovation work. Some of these issues were addressed and mitigated by Will’s and his expertise. Both he and Sarah elegantly and tactically cultivated an approach that we simply executed. Sarah was instrumental in recommending a local contractor with some needed fixes in order to transact on the property. There were some harrowing moments during the process but Sarah was absolutely wonderful with her assurance and providing as much certainty during uncertain moments. Not only was she great at providing guidance and counsel, but she was also absolutely tenacious with follow-up and all the necessary details to continue to keep the momentum going both on my side as well as on the buyer side. I cannot express how grateful I was to have Sarah in my corner. She was absolutely worth her weight in gold! You are in absolutely good hands with Will Rahill and his team. If you’re thinking of selling or buying a property up in the mountain Will Rahill and his team are the group that you would want to entrust for this level of responsibility as they will leverage their expertise, professionalism and their unique and collaborative approach. Tarl Wood at Rahill Group is a breeze to work with. He helped us buy a property and then sell it a few years later. On both ends, he was incredibly responsive and sensitive to our needs and requests. He was spot on with pricing our house to sell. We had multiple offers in the first few days and closed in three weeks. We highly recommend choosing him as your agent.

Kurtis Klouzer and the Rahill team helped me purchased a cabin in Big Bear Lake and we closed in 3 weeks! They were responsive whether day or night. Very knowledgeable with great advices on location, statistics, and condition of property to assist me in my decesion. He also helped me negotiate to get a couple of fixes done to the property. Tarl was a champ! Over the course of a year or two, He was always excited to show me new places and He helped me find exactly the home I wanted.Tarl was also very helpful in helping me navigate the laws in regards to our home being a vacation rental and if He didn't know the answer, He searched or contacted someone that did.

Cory Norton is an excellent real estate agent. He explains the process very thoroughly and is helpful throughout the escrow process. He responds immediately to emails, phone, and text, and will help to close your escrow early if possible. I highly recommend Cory Norton and the Rahill Team!

He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, compiled several houses for us to visit, and even showed us options that we hadn't thought about. His expertise allowed us to find the perfect cabin retreat in Big Bear!!

I am writing this review on behalf of my wife and our 2 sons. I sent an inquiry e-mail about looking at cabins in Big Bear in February of 2016. Brian Atkins responded and agreed to meet my wife and I to show us around on a weekend.We did that on a few occasions, sometimes my wife and I went alone, other times we took our sons. Brian was always super helpful and really wanted us to find something that was right for us.We finally found something and made an offer that was accepted. The real work was just beginning. Brian is a real estate agent, but he did so much more. He acted on our behalf and fought for us to be treated fairly in the process. Many of the things he accomplished were outside of the duties he is paid to do.Our purchase was not easy. In fact, it may be one of legendary proportions. None of it had one single thing to with Brian or his company. It was all lender based. Brian went so far out of his way, it's almost unbelievable. He made and took phone calls for us and to us before hours, after hours on weekends...he never said he was too busy or never said no. He actually cared. That's so hard to find today.When the house finally closed, he met us to give us the keys on Father's Day!. He has his own kids. I respect that, my whole family does. When we got to the house, we had locks that we couldn't find keys to. Brian drove out there and cut the locks for us. Who does that? Brian Atkins does.The owners of Rahill Real Estate should be very proud that they have a man with the level of professionalism and character that Brian has. I recommend this company and especially Brian to ANYONE looking for real estate in Big Bear.

I want to give props to Cory Norton - he is a great agent and a good guy! I was looking at Big Bear house listings and had a question about one of them. After submitting question, I got call from Cory (10 minutes after submitting it on Sunday afternoon), and he won me over being very friendly and providing all the information we needed. His big prop is that he's local and grew up and lived in Big Bear most of the time. In addition to that, Cory used to be a firefighter. That helped me to make a decision to start working with Cory and Rahill Tem. Cory took time to learn about me and my wife and what we're looking for and sent us listings matching our search criteria. When we selected several houses we wanted to look at, Cory booked half of the day to drive us around and show those houses. He provided his honest opinion and information about neighborhood but never was pushy or tried to convince us on something we didn't like or couldn't afford. We found our perfect house on that trip and decided to buy 2 month earlier than we initially were going to. Cory was very helpful and supportive through the escrow process that was new to us as first time home buyers. He and his team took care of all documentation, inspection and negotiations on repairs. Paperwork was all electronic and straight forward, and Cory provided explanation for things I didn't fully understand. We closed on the house in time and currently over the roof excited to move in and enjoy our new house. Cory lives close by and I hope we will have a chance to hang out & have some BBQ in our new backyard.
