I am writing this review on behalf of my wife and our 2 sons. I sent an inquiry e-mail about looking at cabins in Big Bear in February of 2016. Brian Atkins responded and agreed to meet my wife and I to show us around on a weekend.We did that on a few occasions, sometimes my wife and I went alone, other times we took our sons. Brian was always super helpful and really wanted us to find something that was right for us.We finally found something and made an offer that was accepted. The real work was just beginning. Brian is a real estate agent, but he did so much more. He acted on our behalf and fought for us to be treated fairly in the process. Many of the things he accomplished were outside of the duties he is paid to do.Our purchase was not easy. In fact, it may be one of legendary proportions. None of it had one single thing to with Brian or his company. It was all lender based. Brian went so far out of his way, it's almost unbelievable. He made and took phone calls for us and to us before hours, after hours on weekends...he never said he was too busy or never said no. He actually cared. That's so hard to find today.When the house finally closed, he met us to give us the keys on Father's Day!. He has his own kids. I respect that, my whole family does. When we got to the house, we had locks that we couldn't find keys to. Brian drove out there and cut the locks for us. Who does that? Brian Atkins does.The owners of Rahill Real Estate should be very proud that they have a man with the level of professionalism and character that Brian has. I recommend this company and especially Brian to ANYONE looking for real estate in Big Bear.
