Didn't finish my website correctly, but that is the price you pay for paying for a website up front . Once their developer left the country for 6 weeks on holiday I was left without a properly completed website and without support. Even on his return this company ignored my and would not finish the support I needed or to fix the issues with the website. They wouldn't even help when I lost some of the navigation categories that I deleted by accident - I had issues need fixing on the website and I tried to fix them myself as they refused to respond or help. I even got in touch to say I would pay (again) to fix the shopping feed that was so important to me (the shopping feed was the first thing stressed by me as needed and important - they said their man was a specialist with feeds). They said they would give me a cheap daily rate for 3 days, coming to over £700, to fix and watch the feed for 3 days. I've since learned how to fix it myself when needed, using the software integration that I'd paid for as part of the original build. But at the time I ad to pay more money for another developer to fix this. Done so quickly. This simply meant changing a couple of attributes on the feed was not even a 30 minute process. £700+ to do this they asked from me, and when I'd paid for it in the first place (of course I keep all evidence relating to this in case they wish to refute it - and anybody with any knowledge of google shopping feeds will know how easy it is to add or remove attributes). I had to use 2 different developers regularly to fix the issues we had with the website over the next 6 months. Even to this very day I'm now paying another developer to remove and fix the faulty checkout system that has plagued us since the site was built. All of this is documented and kept as proof. I just wish I'd took legal action at the time
