After lots of patience with this company and after deep thought on whether or not I should post this, I've decided it's necessary. I made an order months ago and just now got the final piece of it. I've made several orders with this company and that tends to be typical of them to take months, but unfortunately that's not even my deal breaker. I got one set of shirts weeks before I finally got this last set. When I picked up the first set she decided she wanted to BUY one of the shirts I paid her to make for me. She said to name my price that I'd be selling them for. So, when I came to get my final piece of the order I placed, I told her I'd been selling the shirts for $25. She refused to pay me for my shirt and said she just decided to keep it..... What?! How is that ok? Her reasons... Bc she spent hundreds of dollars trying to make me happy. I used different colored vinyl.... Anything I did was a response to what she offered. I had no idea that it cost extra or that she'd gone out of her way. The vinyl she offered for me to use was in her office... Already in stock. I wasn't informed of a price change. I paid her in full for my order that was supposed to be done in afew weeks. It took months and was done incorrectly even. At this point I don't have the energy to complain or try to reason anymore. I feel swindled and taken advantage of and after this last experience... Unfortunately I can't do business with them any longer. Let your price be your price and do what you say you'll do. Otherwise it's complete dishonesty and poor business management in my eyes.

If I could give less than one star, I would. First off, When I first placed my order, I was told it would be ready in under 3 weeks, but it took 2 months with several weeks trying to contact them to deliver the shirts. When we finally took it upon ourselves to pick up the shirts in person, the order was completely wrong. We were missing shirts of almost every size, the shortage was approximately 20 shirts. I had to wait another 3 days to recieve the rest of my order and the design on the shirts had changed slightly for the worse. Material was cheap and the design was ironed on, peeling after the first wash. I highly recommend if local units need shirts made, you find another shop.
