Very frustrated with them, I’ve ordered a Mavic crossmax pro carbon wheelset and after waiting over a week for it, I received the wrong wheelset, I got the cosmic carbon (road bike). The customer service guy was nice, offered a $50 gift card and they are sending me the right wheels now but this means another week of waiting and not riding. I would not recommend to buy here unless you are willing to be patient with their inefficience.
