Brevard insurance is the place to go for condo insurance in the Cocoa Beach Florida area. They are always very helpful and most importantly they have the master wind mitigation reports for the condo buildings along Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. This makes buying Insurance very smooth and easy.

Johnson Arms Condo Association has been a client of Brevard Insurance for many many years. We have always received quick responses to our calls, e-mails and occasionally "just dropping by" with questions. ALL agents are helpful. My contact now is Jessica Fyire and it's a pleasure to work with her. She is always gracious and very helpful. I don't have to be concerned about problems that come up with the Carriers, as she will take care of it. I also have our personal insurance with Brevard Ins and very satisfied with this agency. Having been a 220 agent and also a service rep, I know what it takes to work in an insurance office. Kudos to Brevard Ins!!

My husband and I moved from CA and were not familiar with the high insurance costs of insuring a home near the ocean in Florida. We bought an older home in Cocoa Beach 3 blks from the ocean and on a canal in the Banana River that did not have updated windows or storm shutters on every window and door. I had first called an A rated Insurance provider on the Better Business Bureau from Orlando but they misquoted me and told me we had to fence our entire canal front if we had a pool which would have been an extra cost. They just weren't familiar with insurance for coastal properties. My sister told me she had insurance through Brevard Coastal and I should get a quote from them. I called and spoke with Holly who is part owner, she immediately began working on it and got us the most amazing price within just a few days we had our contract signed. This company focuses and specialized in coastal properties and have even insured the space shuttle when it was being moved etc. They know their stuff and best of all can get great rates and will tell you if they had problems with any of their clients being paid out by insurance cos in the past. This is critical because in FL we found out at least 10 insurance cos went bankrupt after the hurricanes of 2004 and 2005 that hit this area.What is the use of having insurance if you can't get a pay out in a disaster. We feel blessed to have insurance through Brevard Coastal Insurance. Thanks Holly and team!Babette

To whom it may concern, I just want to thank Gretchen Harvey for her wonderful work ethics and going the extra mile for arranging both Vehicle and condo insurance for the last 8 plus years, this morning I required condo insurance and Jaime Cook was filling in for Gretchen and pulled up the file quote and completed the transaction as necessary! Also she brought to my attention perhaps removing collision off my car as it will be parked for the next 6 months!! that was done! now I can expect about $200.00 US cheque coming to Canada, with the current US exchange to Canada it should be thousands of $$$$ Canadian !! lol Good work ladies, If I don'nt see the two ladies in upper management position by the time I get back in Nov.
