To whom it may concern, I just want to thank Gretchen Harvey for her wonderful work ethics and going the extra mile for arranging both Vehicle and condo insurance for the last 8 plus years, this morning I required condo insurance and Jaime Cook was filling in for Gretchen and pulled up the file quote and completed the transaction as necessary! Also she brought to my attention perhaps removing collision off my car as it will be parked for the next 6 months!! that was done! now I can expect about $200.00 US cheque coming to Canada, with the current US exchange to Canada it should be thousands of $$$$ Canadian !! lol Good work ladies, If I don'nt see the two ladies in upper management position by the time I get back in Nov. I may have to have a chat with Mr. kabbordSincerelyRichard semchuk,, just a poor poor humble Saskatchewan farmer
