If I could leave 0 stars I would. 1 Star is to high. This agency doesn’t seem to know what they are doing and act very indeffernt to any issues that rise. Their record keeping is in constant disarray and the agency seems more concerned about up selling you than maintaining a proffesional and concerned relationship with their customers. State Farm is great. This agency is incompetent.

My boat insurance was canceled with out any notifications sent. After contacting the office I was told they had a 'bad egg' working for them and that she didn't get everything in the system that was needed. I was able to supply email documentation showing I had sent everything to them-including setting up autodraft. They blamed there ex-employee and took no responsibility as an agency. After figuring out that I had been without insurance for almost two months I gave them a chance to correct. Much to my amazement they came back to me with a $400 increase in premium. I declined and went elsewhere for insurance.
