My boat insurance was canceled with out any notifications sent. After contacting the office I was told they had a 'bad egg' working for them and that she didn't get everything in the system that was needed. I was able to supply email documentation showing I had sent everything to them-including setting up autodraft. They blamed there ex-employee and took no responsibility as an agency. After figuring out that I had been without insurance for almost two months I gave them a chance to correct. Much to my amazement they came back to me with a $400 increase in premium. I declined and went elsewhere for insurance.
