These people are beyond rude. They call our office looking for someone and when you say that they are unavailable, before you can get another word out, they hang up on you. Even if they had the best product on the planet, I would never do business with these people.

The pay is good, you have a set schedule with no opportunities for overtime. The supervisors and upper management are mostly all unorganized and hardly ever on the same page. The employees are rude, and to be honest a bit juvenile. You start off with one client and they force multiple clients and odd jobs on you. I overheard a supervisor tell another supervisor she “makes” her team complete tasks that she is supposed to do but doesn’t want to. I would never reapply for BrightKey in the future. They do have potlucks for holidays and birthdays that and the pay rate are probably the only good things about BrightKey. Certain rules only apply to certain people. I started working at BrightKey in 2017 and because of the rudeness and apparent prejudice, I ended up quit this year 2019.
