Chris Cole and his team allowed my insurance to lapse. I received an email from Cole's agency that my policy was renewing and the premiums were paid by the mortgage company. Cole never even sent an email letting me know the mortgage company did not pay the premiums and the insurance had been cancelled. When I called Cole to get proof of insurance to provide to the mortgage company because they were charging me for insurance, the representative from Cole tried to tell me they notified me that the policy had been cancelled. Then when he knew he was wrong and I asked him if we were to change seats with me how would he feel, he stated, "I would be very disappointed in us."
