Unfortunately I received less than service from agent Robert Leute. Initially he was quick with emails and delivered a quick quote when I was looking for a new home owners insurance policy. However, after receiving the quote as a first time buyer I had many questions. His tone changed on the phone and he became argumentative, intimidating, and unwilling to thoroughly answer simple questions I had. This review is NOT on the company as they may truly live up to their current 4.8 star rating. Sadly this individual isnt suited for first time buyers maybe better for seasoned homeowners who understand the policy and have less questions. I'm disappointed in his lack of customer service now I am forced to look elsewhere.

Chris Cole and his team allowed my insurance to lapse. I received an email from Cole's agency that my policy was renewing and the premiums were paid by the mortgage company. Cole never even sent an email letting me know the mortgage company did not pay the premiums and the insurance had been cancelled. When I called Cole to get proof of insurance to provide to the mortgage company because they were charging me for insurance, the representative from Cole tried to tell me they notified me that the policy had been cancelled. Then when he knew he was wrong and I asked him if we were to change seats with me how would he feel, he stated, "I would be very disappointed in us."

They was able to find me the best insurance rates and give me exactly what I need. Ron and Andrea were awesome in assisting me while I was at the DMV. I will always refer back to Brightway and refer others!! Thanks guys!
