Great customer service today!As another review said. I'm just a homeowner needing a part. Not a tradesman. They didn't treat me any different. Soooooo helpful!Needed a replacement capacitor for my central air. Brought the damaged part in with me. Serial number has been smudged and was illegible.Helped me search the interwebs and gave me some great advice about the repair I was attempting. Air is working, house is cool, Wife is happy on our anniversary.All I can say is,"Bring your business to Grainger, you will be happy also!"
