So i just got charged $40.09 for no reason with these people. First of all i now have to cancel my card since it's fraud. Next, i have never done business with you guys to begin with why in the world did you people end up with my card info? I have ready file a police report. This is unacceptable it seems like you folks are doing fraudulent transactions against people out there. To anybody doing business with these people be aware that i was malicious charged for by these fraudsters i will find out how they got my card information. SHAME ON YOU

Ordered my son's football spirit pack and cleats from B.I.G. as required by his high school team for the past 3 years. Each year the cleats ordered have failed to come or come late. This year they offered to give me free shipping due to the cleats coming a month late but what they meant was they wouldn't charge me an additional $10 to ship the cleats later separately from the spirit pack although they charged me in May and the cleats didn't end up arriving until mid July. Their customer service rep for our team told me he would only speak to me with my son's coach on the line so he could blame me for being a hard to deal with customer when I called. Very disappointed by the poor treatment, lack of customer service and failure to provide their products on time.

Have had to order from them numerous times and every time they are extremely late, very arrogant and very low customer service abilities. Try somewhere else unless you are getting some extremely good deal and then expect the worst. You will get what you pay for.

Unfortunately, we have had a very poor experience in working with them. We have tried ordering product for over a month with issues. We finally got the order in with a delivery date in time for our launch. It is over a week past it's delivery date and I have left 3 messages with no response, tracking or help. When I have been able to talk to the sales people, they have been friendly and good to talk to (and the receptionist is amazing.) However, those things do not go very far when the main service is so poor. We will be doing our business with outside entities from now on.
