Ordered my son's football spirit pack and cleats from B.I.G. as required by his high school team for the past 3 years. Each year the cleats ordered have failed to come or come late. This year they offered to give me free shipping due to the cleats coming a month late but what they meant was they wouldn't charge me an additional $10 to ship the cleats later separately from the spirit pack although they charged me in May and the cleats didn't end up arriving until mid July. Their customer service rep for our team told me he would only speak to me with my son's coach on the line so he could blame me for being a hard to deal with customer when I called. Very disappointed by the poor treatment, lack of customer service and failure to provide their products on time.
