Honestly, Capital Brand Consulting represents the most growth, money and experience I have witnessed. Yes, 1000% this career involves customer service and sales. The awesome part of being here is the fact that opportunity to grow is completely based off of performance. After graduating college at the top of my class, I worked 4 years for a corporate law firm in Atlanta as a legal analyst. I remained completely stagnant and lateral because promotions were based off of seniority. Simply stated, people at my old firm just stuck around for years and waited to be “next up”. At Capital Brand Consulting if you are willing to work hard, be focused and be open to getting better everyday, you will be extremely successful.

The growth opportunities at this company are AMAZING. The work environment is so friendly, the company even does "Team Night" on Mondays qhere they go out bowling or to topgolf just to get to know each other. A student mentality goes a long way here as therw is always something new to learn. They only promote from within their company so, as previously stated, growth opportunities here are great.

I went to an interview with Blake and Austin. First off they made me drive with them to Starbucks where Blake waxed poetic about his experience in sales and what a great work culture they were and told me about the employee team nights. They took me to a nearby Walmart and walked me through an average day and explained their base pay/commission payment model. After telling me that I would definitely hear from them by the end of the day. It has been almost two weeks and I have heard nothing from them one way or another and based on other reviews it seems I wasted my time but dodged a bullet.

Great opportunity to get your “foot-in-the-door” into the business world. If you’re looking for an “entry-level” position just to gain experience, this is the company to work for.

It’s one of the many “marketing” firms that required their employees to drive to a store such as Walmart or Sams Club, and sell usually telecom products. They describe themselves as inside sales and business consulting, but the job pretty much requires you stand at a store and try to sell products to people who just want to get their groceries. I was contacted by a person who pulled my contact from a job site and thought I’ll be interested. No CBC, MBAs do not pay a killer amount to attend a highly ranked private school, attain a 3.92 G.P.A, and have a Business Analytics concentration, to bug people to buy products when they just want to shop in peace. I would not have found out exactly the business they were in unless I pressed the lady who called, whom by the way was super eager to set up an interview. I’m fact she wanted me to fill out a questionnaire in 2 hours. I am leaving this review for the benefit of those who receive a call from them and are wondering who they are an what they do. The 2 stars, rather than 1, is just a “benefit of the doubt rating.” I am not trying to be mean, but stop trying to be shady! Be upfront and save people the commute. Also don’t overreach in the kind of candidates you are trying to get. I’m not being a snub, it’s just common sense.
