Feedback:
I went to an interview with Blake and Austin. First off they made me drive with them to Starbucks where Blake waxed poetic about his experience in sales and what a great work culture they were and told me about the employee team nights. They took me to a nearby Walmart and walked me through an average day and explained their base pay/commission payment model. After telling me that I would definitely hear from them by the end of the day. It has been almost two weeks and I have heard nothing from them one way or another and based on other reviews it seems I wasted my time but dodged a bullet.
