Incredibly disappointing experience. I was charged for an hour of labor (which is impossible as my appointment was at 3pm and my car was not taken back until nearly 3:15 and I left at 4pm) and all for the news that neither of the two services I’d brought my car in for could be completed. I was never able to get a straightforward quote from the representative, either, but his “ballpark” (which was over $100 more than the quote I received on the phone when setting up my appointment) ranged “between $260-$410”... a quote with that amount of variation is absurd and should’ve been a red flag for me. Ultimately, I certainly won’t be returning here.

I had my front windows tinted and leveling kit installed on my 2016 Silverado. CC had my truck in the shop within a week of reaching out, and did a great job. Friendly staff and great communication.

I went in because I was looking for an amplifier and front and rear speakers and have everything installed. There were multiple people sitting around doing nothing at the desk. No one bothered to greet, ask if I needed help or speak to me at all. I expected more from the high overall review.**REPLY** I came into your shop on 07/18/2018 around 5:15-5:30pm. There was a lady and child in your waiting room, a gentleman to the far left of the open area and about 3 people at desk/register area.
