I went in because I was looking for an amplifier and front and rear speakers and have everything installed. There were multiple people sitting around doing nothing at the desk. No one bothered to greet, ask if I needed help or speak to me at all. I expected more from the high overall review.**REPLY** I came into your shop on 07/18/2018 around 5:15-5:30pm. There was a lady and child in your waiting room, a gentleman to the far left of the open area and about 3 people at desk/register area.
