I’ve worked with This office since 2006. I can say that This office is really so wonderful. The office staff is always so helpful. I have auto pay each month. When for some reason my payment is not received they Call Me with a heads up so I don’t miss a payment. I love this office. I’ve been a patron with State Farm for many years-in other states and other locations. I’ve not had personal service like this! Try them out.They really are like a good neighbor, their office is walking distance from my house!

Unfortunately i had to call about an accident my wife was in, thankfully shes unharmed and it wasnt her fault. The office manager Deb was freakin awesome. She is extremely knowledgeable and was so helpful. I know i know, i pay for the service and thats how it should be, but im in sales and deal with people every single day and my lively hood is based on ppl wanting to purchase what i sell, so i appreciate a great person like Deb. With that said, Deb. You rock! Keep it up!

I am a loyal State Farm Customer. I simply wanted to make a payment, the manager and owner of this office would not accept a payment, since my home State Farm office was 15 miles away. Than I asked if they could call the 800 number for State Farm to verify some information, again they refused. The customer service I received was horrible...not even willing to connect me to the 800 main office. I would NEVER use this privately owned State Farm to carry of my insurance. I called and complained to the main headquarters about this office. I need to follow up with a letter....The customer service was not good, I had a horrible experience on the most simple request, calling your home State Farm office and the number was toll free and you refused !!!! I would NEVER step foot in this State Farm...NEVER

I’ve had nothing but great interactions with the staff. Whenever an issue arises, they’re quick to help me in a kind and professional manner. I was helped out by David Ruiz, he was very caring and so thorough that i he answered all of my questions before i got to ask them. 10/10 do recommend.

My state farm is absolutely incredible. My car was damaged by a hit and run and the process of getting it fixed has been as easy and pain-free as possible. Our agent was so upbeat and got everything lined up to take my car in within a couple of hours--I think I was slower than the insurance company was! It made me so grateful for our agent and insurance company. They are the best. Thank you again Stephanie!

Five stars for Deb Kloss!! Love love love her. I have never had someone so helpful at an insurance company. She is always so pleasant and willing to go above and beyond to answer my questions or resolve an issue. So easy to talk to and I feel like I’ve known her forever. She takes a personal interest in us and is always on top of our insurance needs. ❤️Thanks Deb!

I’ve been with State Farm for years and most of the staff is amazing I’ve only had a few hiccups with one or two staff members but I would recommend this agency hands down time and time again
