Client Review on State Farm

I am a loyal State Farm Customer. I simply wanted to make a payment, the manager and owner of this office would not accept a payment, since my home State Farm office was 15 miles away. Than I asked if they could call the 800 number for State Farm to verify some information, again they refused. The customer service I received was horrible...not even willing to connect me to the 800 main office. I would NEVER use this privately owned State Farm to carry of my insurance. I called and complained to the main headquarters about this office. I need to follow up with a letter....The customer service was not good, I had a horrible experience on the most simple request, calling your home State Farm office and the number was toll free and you refused !!!! I would NEVER step foot in this State Farm...NEVER
