Worst vacation rental company ever! Do NOT stay in any of these properties! I would have not checked any stars if possible. We first dealt dirtiness of the property where the cleaning crew had to come back two extra times so it was habitable. Second was dealing with roaches in the home. Also, several unsafe maintenance issues that were never resolved (broken/open outlet covers, broken door, broken ladders on bunk beds with sharp edges, and more). It was half way through the week before these issues were somewhat addressed and it ruined the first half of our week long vacation. They refused to house our family elsewhere and still haven't responded to our complaints fully. Weeks later and we still have had no response, no refund or anything for the mess we dealt with. We stay in Kure/Carolina Beach area every year. This was the first time we went with Carolina Beach Realty and will never stay with them again. Awful! We stayed in a house on the second row directly across from beach access. We never would have imagined dealing with these issues. Especially with the cost of the property. Disgusting!
