Bought a home using Mitcheal as my realtor. He was always within reach of his phone and willing to help me along the way. Being a first time home buyer I was clueless about most of the process, Mitch helped break things down and answered any question I could have asked. Couldn't ask for anyone better on your side when buying a home.

This Century21 team was referred to me by a friend of mine. They helped her buy her first home. Mitch spent an entire day looking at houses with me and even more time in his office researching houses and areas with me, as well as multiple other occasions looking at houses one-at-a-time as we found them. I ended up putting an offer on a house, got cold feet, and backed out the week of closing. Mitch knew the value in doing good business and he never gave up on me. He reassured me that if it didn’t feel right, it didn’t feel right, and he’d be there when it did and I was ready. I contacted him several times over the following couple years to look at a some houses and he was always willing to set it up and meet me in a timely manner. Finally, 2 years later, I was ready to seriously househunt again and Mitch at Century21 was the obvious first and only person I contacted. I can now say I’ve been living happily in my first home for nearly 4 months and couldn’t have had a better realtor experience than the one I had with this team!

My husband and I are first time home buyers. Some good friends of ours referred us to Mike Frederickson and he was a huge help! I had to house hunt on my own while my husband was away for work and he was very informative about the pros and cons of each house we viewed. You might worry about someone selling you a house that looks good but ends up having a long list of issues. Mike’s honesty about everything made us confident in our decision. The whole process after choosing our home was very smooth. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent. I wish he could be our agent for every move we might have in the future! Everyone in his office was very nice as well. When we signed our closing papers they were also very accommodating to our toddler. Who else would use their conference room to put on Netflix to keep your child entertained while you close on a house?? Loved our experience!!

Absolutely amazign experience with this company from start to finish. We worked with Michael Frederickson, and some other members of their team when we bought our first home in NC. Not only did Mike go above and beyond, ensuring that every prospective house we were seeing was in our criteria and price range-but he also made a point to educate us and point out the flaws of the home that may present issues in the future. I’ve owned homes before and most realtors seem eager just to sell you the home and move on. Mike worked with us and ensured that the home we chose was going to be a home that we not only loved, but wouldn’t have issues with either. He was truly not in it for the sale, but for us. The closing went smoothly as the whole office was right on top of it- even dealing with a frustrating mortgage company! I would recommend him, and any other of the team members at this office to anyone- as they sincerely are a company I know I can trust and count on!

Michael Fredrickson was an excellent choice for us. We are from eastern NC and currently living in Colorado and when we chose to sell one of our rental properties - his knowledge and abilities were paramount in providing great service with the added challenge of our remote location. We sold our home in Hope Mills in March of this year. Mike Fredrickson was our agent. His pictures of our house was perfect first go around and we sold our home in 9 days but he didn’t stop there. He consulted with us on several concerns that we had with our realtor for our new home in Florida. He was fantastic and so was everyone in his office. We wouldn’t change a thing.

I just recently purchased my first home, I had the pleasure of working with Jarred Robarge at Century 21. The purchase of my home was convoluted as it was not the typical purchase. Jarred went above and beyond to make my purchase as smooth as possible. He would call me several times per day to keep me informed. He is a young realtor that has more learning and experience however he has a lot to offer and sincerely cares about the buyer and their needs. I would highly recommend Jarred for your next purchase or to list your home on the market.
