I worked with Jarrad Robage and he's a young new agent. I give everyone a fair chance because we were all new t one point. There is something to be said for experience. It took several notifications to him and then his supervisor to get him/them to change the write up on Zillow. To this day the number of bedrooms/bathrooms are not right. Then closing was a total cluster because I requested very early on for an extension. I can only assume he was not communicating with the buyers because he wasn't communicating with me. I would call/text/email incessantly about this and get no response. I felt slow rolled and could hear in his response this is not what "HE WANTED" because it would delay his $17000 commission. So the deal almost fell through but for the new owners stopping by and we worked an agreement after telling them our position. He stated my agent should be fired...I disagree because I believe in second chances. But if he works for you, just know he had one chance already. I have sold a few houses and I'm accustomed to being treated like a valued customer. He even had a chance to send me listing for new properties as we were looking for a home...nothing until the last days and most were for their rentals.
