I can't really get into my story for potential legal reason my layer advices me not to post but I ant ppl to k ow I will be reporting Gus and this office to the realitor commission very slimy and unprofessional I even tried to call and talk to the broker about the situation and I was blown off

If anyone is out there looking to sell or purchase a home, don't use Paul Podgorski at Century 21 in Woodbury Heights. I used him to purchase property in Mantua and gave him a deposit. All contracts were signed and settlement was scheduled, but unfortunately I was the only person that showed. To make a long story short, the house was sold to another individual and I've had to get an attorney involved.
