If anyone is out there looking to sell or purchase a home, don't use Paul Podgorski at Century 21 in Woodbury Heights. I used him to purchase property in Mantua and gave him a deposit. All contracts were signed and settlement was scheduled, but unfortunately I was the only person that showed. To make a long story short, the house was sold to another individual and I've had to get an attorney involved.
