They eliminated my review..They didn't change this mattress so far.SoI be suppose to move out. But They try to change mattress after decide to move out.Even though now I don't wanna change my mattress, they try to come inside in my house without my permission. They don't know how to manage house for tenants.

Do not rent from this agency! We are a military family and I believe this agency used this to their advantage by falsely claiming that we did not clean the home we rented and using poorly lit photos as “evidence”. We now live hours away so we are unable to go to small claims court as a local attorney advised. This company was supposed to conduct biannual inspections and inspected ONCE in three and a half years. This company was difficult to get in contact with the few times that we needed repairs. This company provided a receipt from a cleaning company that DOES NOT exist when making a claim against the security deposit. If you are already renting from this company, take DETAILED photos move in and move out. This company told us that they do a walk through once we have left. We should have insisted that we go with them to avoid these false claims. It is especially unfortunate as the home was in poor condition when we moved in and required us to patch holes and repaint several rooms. I would NEVER work with this company again. MILITARY FAMILIES BEWARE.

Honestly the worst agency I have ever dealt with. Customer service is terrible and you can never get a straight answer from management. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Try and avoid this agency.

PLEASE READ this before working with century 21. We have had the worst experience ever dealing with these people. In may of 2017 we rented a town home. It was nothing but miscommunication and problems from the day we signed the papers. It was a hassle to get anything done. Its impossible to get ahold of anyone and when you do they are rude. Trying to get my security deposit back was a fight at the end and I quote "there was dust on top of the fridge but I guess it's okay". I spent 2 days scrubbing and cleaning that place making it look better than when I moved in it. HORRIBLE. It's nothing but nickel and diming. Please look else where.

Phenomenal Experience with Mr. Joseph Richardson. During the times when I lived in that part of Florida, I was in need of a decent place to stay with great proximity to the AF Base. Joe was a great landlord and kept my best interests at the forefront of his focus. His level of professionalism is second to none and I'd recommend him to anyone in the area that is looking for a down-to-earth, respectful landlord.
