Incredibly unprofessional and integrity lacking property managers. Will charge tenant full amount for cleaning regardless of the condition upon leaving. Even charged for repairing lawn upgrades that we actually installed/repaired to improve property appearance and value. Several acquaintances have had the same issues...doesn't sound like coincidence but the systematic fleecing of their customers. Do yourself a favor, stay far away or pitch a tent in the park. Either way you'll be better off in the end.
