I got in touch with Jo when I was just about to open my new business - literally 2 weeks before - in a complete panic that I had not even thought about PR because I had been so busy with the nuts and bolts of setting up the business (I am sure other new business owners can relate!). She immediately put me at ease with an email and then the next day with a phone call. She suggested a plan of action and we got going straight away, which was great. She crafted an amazing press release for the business and since opening Jo has arranged a number of interesting and unique media events for me, which has really helped get people talking about the business. I am so happy that I hired Jo and her team to support me through this - I definitely think getting professional help is so important when navigating through the scary world of a new business start-up. Jo knows Leeds and that local knowledge is so vital when opening a new business.
