I got in touch with Jo when I was just about to open my new business - literally 2 weeks before - in a complete panic that I had not even thought about PR because I had been so busy with the nuts and bolts of setting up the business (I am sure other new business owners can relate!). She crafted an amazing press release for the business and since opening Jo has arranged a number of interesting and unique media events for me, which has really helped get people talking about the business.
