I've been with State farm for quite a few years now and everyone at Cindy's office has been extremely helpful patient and kind regardless of my situation or theirs. I wouldn't dream of getting my insurance anywhere else. Keep up the good work guys!

Cindy Ferrara State Farm has an amazing staff that is FRIENDLY, PROFFESIONAL AND EFFICIENT! They value your time and are adamant about setting appointments so clients have their full attention. I love that they do annual reviews (especially before Hurricane season) to be sure I know what my policy covers, my deductibles and what gaps I may have. No one takes care of you like State Farm Agent!!!!!

I hate leaving a bad review, but State Farm Insureds deserve better than this. I will not speak ill of State Farm; this company has taken care of me and many people I know. However, this particular office has been less than impressive. In the last 1.5 years that I've been a customer, I've spoken to 4 different front desk associates, and at least 4 different Insurance Representatives. I have never been able to meet this agent, which I specifically asked to do when I transferred to the office in July 2015. In the last 3 months: I have called during normal business hours only to get a voicemail, which I left, and have gotten no call back; I have spoken to a Rep, who promised a call back that never followed through; and received a voicemail from a Rep, who I called back, and never returned my call again. The line was drawn when my latest policy was written without Uninsured Coverage, without my knowledge. I previously have worked for a State Farm Agent, and skipping this step causes more paperwork than including it, not to mention it places the policyholder in a position of loss if an accident were to happen. I'm incredibly upset that this office does not take the small amount of time to review policies before submitting them, nor reviewing them after they issue. My faith in State Farm is unaffected, however; this office does not deserve your loyalty. There are many offices in the area that provide better quality of service, and I urge you to seek them before you settle on this one.

Ive been a loyal policy holder with Stare Farm for over 51 years. My vehicle, house, flood insurance, and loans are all with this company and i have nothing but praise about this insurance company. In the past I've dealt with Mrs Cindy Ferrara's agency without out any negative incidents, however on June 2017 I opened a new COMPREHENSIVE Auto policy for a C300 Mercedes Benz with Mrs Ferraras's agency and everything changed for the worst.For starters, I could never get a call back from that agency in a timely manner when ever I needed to speak to Mrs ferrara. Secondly, that agency failed to send the appropriate documentation to State Farm and, consequently, I did not get ANY documentation confirming my COMPREHENSIVE coverage on my new policy from State Farm. My Mercedes was involved in a collision soon after I had initiated my policy with Mrs Ferrara's office, but I was informed by state farm that I did NOT have collision coverage on my policy, which left me financially responsible for the total loss of the vehicle: Ally Financial was still the lean holder..After multiple attempts at communicating with Mrs ferrara as to find out why the collision coverage was left out, I was given the run around for over a month and was finally told that there was nothing Mrs ferrara could do..mrs ferrara implied that it was my fault and not theirs.Now I'm left with a large debt to Ally Financial and the annoyance of the legal litigation about this matter.Please be ware of this agency's procedures.
