Avoid this place like the plague, went to get a title switched to my name and get tags for the vehicle. They wanted to charge me $147.86 while three other tag agency's only wanted $78.16. When I asked about where all the fees were coming from and why 3 other tag agency's charged the exact same $78.16, they couldn't give me an answer. They just kept saying, "Those are the fees". Not to mention their customer service is the worst, they treat you with such disrespect. They act like it's killing them to do there job. Save your self the hastle and drive 10 min over to the catoosa tag agency, they have a cleaner facility, they are way more helpful/respectful, and above all professional.

I went here with the horror stories of the tag agencies in Oklahoma in mind. I was extremely impressed with this place and the staff after all of the warnings I was given. They were all great to deal with and I was in and out in a short time. I recommend this tag agency to anyone who has heard the horror stories if they want to avoid those mistakes.

Worst customer service I've ever received, had a couple quick title questions, was literally the only customer there and was cut off every time I tried to speak. I've never been in a business where I was treated that rudely and disrespectfully, it was 9 in the morning, they weren't busy, etc, no excuse for that kind of attitude.
